Spring Park International Co., Ltd was co-founded by Mr. Jack C.H. Wu, Chairman and Mr. Tatsuyuki Matsumoto, President in 2001. Corporate Headquarters based in Taipei, Taiwan.

The company mission is to provide professional hotel consulting, development and management services to hotel owners and investors in Asia Pacific with sound delivery of maximum return on investment and asset value. Spring Park International sets itself the objective of becoming a leading international hotel development and management company, and to create a luxury collection of Spring Park International Hotels and Resorts in the region.

Mr. Jack C.H. Wu, Chairman is the founder of Beitou Spring Hotel, and has revived tourism in Beitou District, creating a new thinking and vision for hot spring resort hotels in Taiwan's tourism industry.

The company introduced its first Spring Park International hotel in 2002 Spring Park Urai Spa & Resort. The resort is located in the suburb of Taipei, Taiwan, offers natural hot springs, luxurious guest rooms, spa facilities and private bathhouses in a breathtaking and tranquil scenic surrounding, provides a quick escape to our guests from their daily consuming city life style. This 23-room style resort pioneered the unique concept of luxury boutique resorts in Taiwan. Such refreshing concept was coincidentally incubated in the minds of the company Chairman and President long before Spring Park International Co., Ltd. was founded. With Spring Park Urai Spa & Resort, Wu and Matsumoto turned the concept into a reality and with it, a solid foundation of Spring Park International hotel development and management consulting path was laid.

The second Spring Park International hotel was opened in May 2006. Unlike its first sister hotel, Miramar Garden Taipei is the first Spring Park city business hotel. The property has 200 rooms and facilities cater to business travelers. With its 5 star business hotel facilities, and a twist of Spring Park Hotels most well-known serene design, Miramar Garden Taipei was transformed into a city oasis in the middle of the hustling and bustling Taipei city, provides a perfect home-away-from-home sanctuary for business travelers.

The third hotel’s planning and development is by Spring Park international. Spring Park Jiaosi Spa & Resort will follow the footstep of Spring Park Urai Spa & Resort. Located in Jiaosi, Ilan - a tourist town in the north-eastern coast of Taiwan, famous for its mineral hot and cold springs. The resort has 87 guest rooms including villas with private garden and swimming pool.

The fourth hotel planned and designed by the Spring Park International : Ever Rich Golden Lake Hotel, located in Kinmen. The hotel includes 276 guest rooms and ancillary facilities. It combines the facilities of the city's business hotel and the atmosphere of leisure and rest. It is provided an area of Mini Three-Link Transportations a Five-star tourist hotel.

The fifth hotel under the planning and design of Spring Park International-Okinawa Naha Kokusai Street “Hotel Collective “, the Kokusai Street, which gathers tourists from all over the world, becomes a brand-new tourism and business base. The design incorporates rich elements of international colors, and through the diverse communication and exchanges of different cultures and ethnic groups stimulated a unique cultural inclusive experience. It was opened in 2010, and 260 guest rooms were planned and designed.

The sixth homestay (hotel) : Vivir Jiaosi managed by Spring Park International , became the representative work of Spring Park International Co., Ltd. in Jiaoxi, Yilan, which is famous for its natural hot springs. In addition, Jiaoxi opened in 2011, planning and designing 31 guest rooms, with natural and simple design and business philosophy, so that travelers can experience the pure beauty of life here.

Other new developing projects under review include hotels and resorts in Wanli, Hualien, Taitung and Myanmar.
