Roy Huang has over 24-year extensive experience in hotel engineering since he entered the first International hotel in Taipei - Hilton Hotel Taipei back in 1982. Huang’s hotel property engineering practices also including: Chief Engineer in Lake Shore Hotel, Hsinchu, Engineer Consultant to the GM in Splendor Hotel Taichung, Chief Engineer in Spring City Resort Taipei, and Assistant Chief Engineer in Grand Formosa Regent Taipei. Before joining Spring Parke International, Huang also managed various commercial development projects including office, shopping malls, residential apartment complex. His sounding track records include achieving Average Annual Energy Cost Savings of US$562,500 and Average Monthly Energy Cost Savings by 20%.
